Shipping Costs

Shipping cost per package of regular sized cookies: $40.00
Shipping cost per package of smaller sized cookies: $30.00
Why does it cost so much to ship? Each package includes 15 (20 in small sized cookies) ice cream sandwiches, a reusable insulated shipping container, a personalized gift card , dry ice, the UPS shipping cost, and handling fees.
Ruby Jewel Treats are shipped via UPS next day shipping.

Delivery Details

Orders are shipped Monday - Wednesday each week and will typically arrive Tuesday – Thursday in the late afternoon. Orders placed on Thursday or later will likely be shipped the following week.
We strongly recommend that you notify recipient in advance to expect delivery of a perishable item. Item will be left on the front porch or similar location and should stay frozen until the evening. Please confirm that the recipient will be at home or their office and that the delivery address is correct.
If you need to have your order received on a specific date please call or e-mail us, and we will do our best to meet your needs.
If you have any last minute requests, such as Saturday delivery, please call us and we will do our best to meet your needs. An additional shipping charge would apply.
We will include your e-mail address while creating your UPS shipping document. You will then receive an e-mail with the tracking number so you will be able to track your ice cream order.
Please include your phone number as well for the UPS tracking number.

There will enough dry ice included in your shipment to last for several hours after delivery.
Please handle dry-ice with care. Instructions are provided.
