Hello, First of all thank you for considering to order Ruby Jewel. It's great that you are helping to support our small business. We have been getting several inquiries about the variety packs and size. Before we had the Pumpkin Ginger in the mix, we put 3 of each regular size and 5 of each smaller size. YES- you can surely customize your order. There is a section when you order that allows for special instructions- don't like Peanut Butter? We won't put any in. You tell us exactly what flavors you want to make up your 15 or 20 pack and we'll make it happen. SIZE INFO: Our small sandwich is 2" x 2" and weighs 2.5 oz. Our regular sandwich is 3.5" x 3.5"- weighs 5.1 oz. Please don't hesitate to contact us direct if you have any further questions. Thanks again, Lisa
