The Ice Cream:
Ruby Jewel Treats are made with as many local ingredients as possible. The ice cream is made with Lochmead Dairy’s milk and cream which has always been rbst-free. All milk and cream under the Lochmead Farms is produced by Lochmead's own herd of cows on their one dairy farm, located near Junction City, and is bottled at the Lochmead Dairy milk and ice cream plant in Junction City, OR.
The Cookies:
Our cookies are made, with our super secret recipe, at Essential Baking Company which is an organic oriented bakery in Seattle, WA.
The Flavors:
- The Fresh Mint Ice cream is made with mint oil from Lochmead Farms, and the fresh mint was grown by Anne Berlinger at Gales Meadow Creek Farm.
- The Honey in the Honey Lavender Ice cream is from Nature's Best in Portland, OR.
- The Organic Pumpkin (seasonal flavor) comes from Stahlbush Farms in Corvallis, OR.
- The Espresso is roasted daily at Portland Roasting in Portland, OR and put directly into the ice cream.
