Well well, I can hardly believe it. Ruby Jewel has a blurb in the November edition of Oprah Magazine. Who would have thought? Well I have to thank my friend Mel, who met the late food editor at a show and brought up Ruby Jewel. So, we sent some samples and.... well it wasn't that smooth sailing. We were "told" we'd be in the August edition, even sent our 3rd run of ice cream sandwich samples for a photo shoot. So, I sort-of tried to casually "spread the word". I mean you want to be prepared right? Well we weren't in it. I felt so stupid for telling people (including store buyers, brokers, friends, etc) and it wasn't there. So, I politely emailed back wondering why. They were so so nice about it and gave me all the right "contacts" to try again. I figured I'd try sending an email or two in January 09, to help get our next season off to a rumble. Did I just say "rumble"? 
Anyhow, here we are, here it is:
I just picture every airport in the country with Oprah magazine and there's a mention of Ruby Jewel! WOW!
