10.6.09 The Ruby Jewel girl got married…

Yes, its true. But kid you not... we (my sister Becky and I) were trying to figure out how to start a Twitter account and as we searched "Ruby Jewel" someone had actually Twittered? - or is it Tweeted? this: One of the Ruby Jewel ladies got back from her honeymoon and is tan. What? I seriously don't know this person- what a trip. Anyhow, I have now been married for 24 days now. It's pure bliss. It's like nothing I could have imagined. I LOVE being married. O.k. the last statment is totally true, but the rest- Gag me.

For me, getting married later in life (36) and living with Blake was a good decision. I suppose the right opportunity never came up but I am glad to have had a bit more life experiences as a single person. Easy to say now, ha! Crazy summer we've had- it's been an emotional rollercoaster- and I am really enjoying the slower, horizontal ride I'm on now. Really enjoying it. Now, it's necessary to focus on Ruby Jewel. I imagine the lack of time I have put in the past 2 months have had a direct effect on slower sales. Or is it the "economy", the 14% unemployment rate in California, the need for WAY more people to experience a Ruby Jewel Treat? These are the questions I must answer in the next 4 weeks. Well I am on a mission and keep you posted as I proceed. But, I'll be in the bay area next week.
