Ruby Jewel blew my mind, or mouth away! It was incredibly delicious and as an environmentalist, your handmade ice cream sandwiches are now one of my favorite desserts ever. A month ago, I went to the freezer section of my school's Cub Market (our mascot is the golden bear) and I saw the chocolate chip one and the mint one. Full from dinner, I vowed that I would go back one day and try both flavors. Today, I went to Cub Market again JUST for RubyJewel the mint one (the market is a really far walk from my dorm). So I get to the freezer section and there are no more mint ones left, so I bought a chocolate chip cookie one and it satisfied my cravings completely. I'm determined to try every single flavor you have and make my friends try them all too! Joanna Young University Berkeley

I just had to write. I had one of your lemon cookie with honey lavender sandwiches Friday night at Fire on the Mountain on Interstate Ave. - and it was pretty much the best ice cream sandwich I've ever had! The lavender reminded me of the fancy desserts served in England, and the crispness and flavor of the cookies were just perfect. I never really comment about food, but I couldn't believe how much I enjoyed your product. I'm going to try another of your flavors next time and I'm sure I'll love that too. Sincerely, ~Lisa Freeman
