8.15.10 Summer is here

It's definitely summer here in Portland. We are having some real hot days, perfect for ice cream eating. It's nice to work at a place where people come in to get ice cream because they are generally happy, and that is good. We have such great berries and fruits to use in our ice cream right now. Peaches are coming soon and we'll be sure to start making our "famous" ginger peach ice cream sandwiches, both at the farmers market and at our scoop shop. We just need for the freezer to be working. It went out last night, luckily it wasn't too full. We were able to redistribute the ice cream to our other freezers. Just wanted to check in and again hope that I'll be a little more consistent with "blogging" Thanks for reading. Lisa
